Formalization of On-boarding

Realizing the critical need for efficient and timely support during the on-boarding of new employees, a dedicated team has been assigned to oversee that evolving department.

Currently attending mainly to the finalization of the employment contract, the visa processes and travel arrangements, the department’s effort will be taken further to include assistance with finding housing, schooling and other areas new joiners seek support in.
