Formal Graduate Program
Graduates look to KPMG as a place to join, develop them selves and provide them with the push they need in their careers. A number of graduates who had joined us are now holding key positions such as CFOs at top companies and organizations in the Kingdom.
Those KPMG alumni are a source of pride for us and they come back to us in request for our services.
We realize the importance of developing them for the good of their own future, for our business and for our social responsibility toward supporting the development of the country.
In support of their development we have formalized a graduate development program to address the areas most critical for their development and future success. The program sets out the roadmap for their training and development needs from graduating until becoming a Partner. The program has been formalized this year for Audit and efforts are underway to finalize the formalizing of the program for all of Advisory and Tax.
