Internalization of Recruitment
With the pace of growth we are witnessing and that foreseen for the years to come the recruitment department has this year been internalized.
A team of professional recruiters have been brought on board to address the recruitment needs of our business and attend to these in a more business efficient fashion. Because the recruiters are a team from KPMG they are able to better respond to candidates and provide them with a more personalized experience. The team currently comprised of four team members has been supported with a robust recruitment software to help them manage the recruitment process.
