Graduates look to KPMG as a place to join, develop them selves and provide them with the push they need in their careers. A number of graduates who had joined us are now holding key positions such as CFOs at top companies and organizations in the Kingdom.

With the pace of growth we are witnessing and that foreseen for the years to come the recruitment department has this year been internalized.
Seniority Awards
We have expanded this year’s annual seniority awards celebration category to celebrate all our people that have been with the firm for a 5 year interval, i.e. 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, etc.
Formalization of On-boarding
Realizing the critical need for efficient and timely support during the on-boarding of new employees, a dedicated team has been assigned to oversee that evolving department.
Graduate Recruitment Campaign
This year we had released our first recruitment campaign targeted at Fresh Saudi Graduates. The campaign “Inta Ma6loob” which means “You are Wanted” focuses on attracting young fresh Saudi female and male graduates worldwide.
Soccer Team in Riyadh
A soccer team was formed in Riyadh to meet every Friday at a stadium rented out for that slot each week in which our people get trained by a professional coach. We aim to have our soccer team developed in a way to compete with other teams across the Kingdom.
KPMG on facebook
It has been one year since the birth of KPMG in Saudi on Facebook. The group was formed by our people for our people to create a great bonding between our Employees and our KPMG Alumni in addition to prospective future KPMG employees.
