Ecotourism
The National Commission for Wildlife Conservation and Development (NCWCD) is responsible for 100,000 sq kms of wildlife reserve in the Kingdom. Written permission is necessary to visit the parks, but many have camping facilities. Respect for the wildlife is mandatory and supervised. Eco tourism includes diving, snorkeling, wildlife viewing, natural areas, hiking & trekking, camping, caving and botany. More information can be found on:
